Sleep support that’s as unique as your baby

Acceptance of a service provided by The Parent Rock is deemed acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Payment - to secure a booking the full fee for a service is due before the initial consultation.

Cancellations - in the unfortunate event of cancellation the following applies,

Within 48 hours, full amount is payable

48 hours to 7 days – 50% of the total cost payable

7 to 14 days  – 25% of the total cost payable

An alternative date will be sought without incurring an additional charge as long as the same service is rebooked

The Parent Rock reserves the right to cancel a service with the options of either a full refund or rebooking another date.

Please ensure that The Parent Rock is informed of any health and/or developmental issues or concerns at the time of booking.

Plans are emailed within 48 hours of the initial consultation. Parents are encouraged to read the plan carefully before embarking on it. Plans are developed specifically for your child. Please do not share it with others.

Please refer to your individual terms and conditions for the amount of support after the initial 1:1 consultation. Hours of support are 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. The aim is to respond within 24 hours but sometimes, due to client bookings or personal circumstances, this may not be possible. Please enquire regarding additional support beyond the period of your chosen sleep package.

In the majority of cases the plans deliver the desired outcomes, especially when the plan has been followed and parents are consistent. Naturally there are occasions when despite best efforts the results are disappointing. Refunds are not given based on results.

Confidentiality

The Parent Rock treats any information regarding your child or family, whether it be written or verbal, with strict confidence.

All records are stored securely and inaccessible to any other party.

Information will not be shared with another professional without first seeking the parents’ permission. However information will be disclosed, if required by law.
